Provides a one-on-one intimate setting for anyone who prefers more direct contact with a counselor.

Sessions are conducted by telephone or video conference such as Zoom or Google Hangouts .

Please make payment only after our session is confirmed.

In these 70-90 minute sessions you will be able to:

Have the ability to speak your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
You will receive one-on-one attention, which allows for a thorough understanding of the specific problems and in developing an individualized approach to helping you.
The pace of the counseling can be tailored to your specific needs.
You can arrange a time for the counseling sessions that is most conducive to your schedule.

Support groups remind you that you are not alone.

Group meetings may provide inspiration and supporting others can give you strength.

Payments should only be made once the session has been confirmed not beforehand .

Our periodic support group will usually meet on a Saturday at 11 a.m. Pacific Time via Zoom for approximately 90 minutes.
It is a safe space to share our feelings with others in a guided setting.
Private session is recommended, but not required for entry into our group.
Your $20 contribution helps keep our meetings possible
